Bio: Wayne’s career is focused on two objectives. The first is Deliver today. That means applying 20+ years’ experience in internal and leadership communication, change management, content creation and employee experience to deliver outstanding business results. The second is Inspire tomorrow. That means using his unique experience as an AI trainer to help organisations and communication professionals navigate our rapidly changing world. Wayne is an avid researcher and has co-created two well-known papers on strategic alignment with Zora Artis, GAICD IABC Fellow SCMP. He released his first paper on AI and comms in 2017... five years before GenAI became a ‘thing’. He has also just released a second paper on AI and comms’ future. When he’s not working, Wayne enjoys bashing his electronic drum kit with prog rock classics assaulting his headphones (shout out to our Canadian friends... Wayne’s is a huge Rush fan).
