Bio: Sharon O’Dea is a strategist, speaker and writer focused on the intersection of technology, communication and the employee experience. She is co-founder of Lithos Partners, a consultancy that helps complex organisations design and deliver world-class digital workplaces—advising global clients on everything from intranet strategy to AI adoption. A former digital communications lead at organisations including the UK Parliament and Standard Chartered Bank, Sharon brings a rare blend of editorial rigour, content strategy and organisational insight to her work. With over 20 years' experience, Sharon has worked with some of the world’s best-known and most complex institutions to improve how they communicate with employees—focusing not just on channels, but on culture, clarity and trust, and winning multiple industry awards for her efforts. She is also the co-creator of DWXS, a diagnostic tool to measure digital employee experience, and is currently co-authoring a book on digital communications in the workplace. Named one of the 2025 Women in PR 40 over 40 Power List, Sharon has been a LinkedIn Top Voice since 2016 and is a top influencer on the future of work.
