Bio: Rebecca L. Self has over 20 years’ experience in learning and leadership development, strategic communication, and large-scale cultural transformation across media, academia, corporate and not-for-profit settings. Rebecca facilitates organizational change by helping leaders align their workforce with the rapidly evolving world around them and has designed and delivered award-winning programs in over 40 countries. Rebecca’s consultative integrates internal qualitative and quantitative research to design custom transformational programs that help leaders navigate complex global challenges through research-driven strategy, learning, and large-scale leadership development.
