What is involved? 

Strategic is introducing a Mastermind program consisting of 6 interactive 90-minute bi-weekly sessions across 3 months, starting in January 2026.

Participants join peers, solve real problems, and leave with concrete actions.

Who is this group for? 

The Leadership in Communication Mastermind Group is for senior communications professionals who want to strengthen their leadership identity, influence, and strategic presence, not just managing the function, but leading the organisation. 

It’s designed for experienced Heads and Directors of Communications who:

• Want to increase their impact and visibility at the executive table.
• Are navigating the shift from trusted adviser to senior leader.
• Need to influence business strategy, manage up effectively, and lead teams through change.
• Are ready to explore their leadership style and build confidence in their decision-making and direction.

Focusing on your leadership identity, presence and impact, we will focus on:

• Your leadership style and impact: use the gift of self-awareness to examine your strengths, skills and shadow strengths, as you develop an authentic yet highly credible leadership identity.
• Executive influence & presence: communicate with clarity and authority in high-stakes settings.
• Strategic counsel: frame issues and options that shape decisions and outcomes.
• Board-level communication: talk the language of your organisation at board level, not the communications jargon that may be keeping you stuck, siloed and viewed as tactical.
• Leading change: identify your essential role in guiding leaders and organisations through ambiguity, resistance and risk, even as the world turns around us.
• Visibility & credibility: build an authentic leadership brand that gets you seen, heard and trusted as a strategic partner, not the tactical “comms help”.

How do I join? 

Investment: €1,800. Places are limited to 12 participants.

Includes six facilitated sessions, recordings, and access to a dedicated WhatsApp group.

Sessions run in the early morning / late afternoon / early evening (local timezone) to accommodate working schedules. Exact schedule confirmed after participant registration.
