“I am someone who has always been fascinated by the power of communication – not simply as a way to exchange information, but as a force that shapes relationships, builds trust, and creates opportunities. Throughout my professional journey working as an International PR and Communications Expert, I have come to realize that behind every successful company, meaningful partnership, and inspiring leader is a story that deserves to be heard, heard in a correct form and communicated with purpose.

“Over the past decade, I have had the privilege of working in public, private and donor sectors, exercising Private -Public Dialogue for business development and legislative reforms, European donor organization support, worked in strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and corporate reputation across diverse industries, from international organizations and technology to fintech, real estate, and business development. Every project has reinforced one belief: communication is never just about visibility. It is about helping people understand your value, believe in your vision, and choose to grow with you.

“Every role, every challenge, and every collaboration has taught me something new about people, leadership, and business. I’ve worked with startups taking their first steps, established companies redefining their market position, and executives looking to communicate with greater confidence and authenticity. “Academic teaching became a natural extension of that journey. As a Lecturer in Business Communications, I don’t simply teach communication models or negotiation frameworks – I teach students what we lacked in my time, how to get practical knowledge, how to think critically and communicate in ways that build genuine relationships. I believe the universities should prepare future professionals for real conversations, real negotiations, and real leadership challenges

“What inspires me every day is the opportunity to help others unlock their potential through communication.
