Box Bear, the specialist boutique healthcare agency focusing on innovative digital communications, has expanded its senior leadership team with the appointment of Gareth Stranks (pictured right) as creative director and Rob McCarthy (pictured left) as president of Box Bear America.

Stranks, former global marketing creative director at Avalere Health (formerly Hive), brings a decade of experience working in healthcare communications to this exciting new role. Having seen success applying his creativity and problem-solving expertise across many global campaigns, his belief in innovation, dedication to placing the audience at the centre of communications, and passion for mentoring and developing his team makes him a perfect fit within Box Bear’s expanding international presence. 

Rob McCarthy, former GM of Advicenne US, brings decades of experience and expertise from working with healthcare businesses. With a successful track record in consulting, support and strategy development, his charismatic approach to bringing assets to commercial success, has earned him an esteemed reputation.
