#WeLeadComms: Verónica Lombardo

Today’s #WeLeadComms honors go to Verónica Lombardo, Employer Branding and Internal Communication Strategist based in Buenos Aires, working across Latin America.

In her words:

“My work sits at the intersection of three things most organizations treat as separate: employer branding, internal communication, and the strategic transformation of HR. I believe they’re the same conversation, and that separating them is exactly what keeps companies stuck.

“For the past decade, the dominant model in LATAM has been outsourcing employer branding to agencies. Companies spend USD $20K–$60K on external consultants who deliver a strategy document, then leave. The knowledge never stays inside. The team starts from scratch every year. And HR keeps losing credibility with the C-Suite because they can’t show what changed.

“I built the BRIDGE Method, a six-phase system (Belief, Research, Intent, Design, Go, Evolve), to fix that. Not by doing the work for HR teams, but by installing the system inside them, so they own it permanently. The difference between a consultant who delivers and one who installs is the difference between dependency and capability.

“My clients are HR and Communications Directors at mid-to-large companies in Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, and Chile. People who’ve tried agencies, seen the results fall apart, and are ready to build something that holds.

“What drives me isn’t the methodology. It’s the moment when an HR leader walks into a C-Suite meeting with a business case they built themselves, in the language of revenue and retention, and gets taken seriously for the first time.

“That shift, from operational executor to culture architect, is what I’m here to make happen across the region.

“I’m building the #1 reference for strategic employer branding in LATAM. And I’m just getting started.”
