Saranya began her journey in public relations, mastering the art of shaping narratives, building visibility, and managing brand reputation—a foundation that set the stage for strategic storytelling.

Over the years, she has navigated marketing communications, corporate communications, and ultimately internal communications and change management. With 15 years of experience and a PROSCI certification, Saranya is known for translating complex transformations into communication employees understand, trust, and rally behind. Her work blends empathy, clarity, and creative thinking, ensuring every message resonates and inspires action.

Today, as part of the Employee Technology team at Unilever, she leads communication strategy for technologies that touch thousands of employees. She shapes how digital products are adopted, how change is experienced, and how employees engage with evolving tools and technology.

Saranya’s campaigns are a testament to her creativity and impact—from season-long storytelling programs and digital experience initiatives to factory-floor activations and inclusive communication frameworks. She partners with cross-cultural audiences across India, the UK, and Brazil, ensuring every message feels relevant, accessible, and human. At her core, Saranya believes communication is not just about informing—it’s about enabling. Her mission: to make digital transformation feel less like a mandate and more like a creative experience employees want to be part of.
