Today’s #WeLeadComms spotlight falls on Bangalore-based communication leader Rashi Raina.
Rashi is a Senior Employer Brand & Talent Communications Lead with 12+ years helping organizations articulate who they are, how they work, and why people should build their careers with them , across India, APAC, and global talent markets. Rashi works at the intersection of people, communication, and culture.
Her career began with a curiosity about how people make decisions about work and what creates genuine commitment inside organizations.
Over time, that curiosity evolved into a body of work spanning employer branding, recruitment marketing, leadership storytelling, and internal communication.
Across her career, she has supported talent, business, and leadership teams in strengthening how organizations attract, engage, and retain people through communication that aligns strategy, culture, and lived experience.
Her work has included developing multi-region recruitment campaigns, building content ecosystems for talent audiences, activating internal ambassador networks, and refining communication touchpoints across the candidate and employee lifecycle.
Her background spans digital talent communications, internal communications, employer brand, employee advocacy, and culture-led storytelling. She has worked across industries including technology, business services, and global operations, often in contexts where communication must operate across cultures, time zones, and diverse expectations.
Her approach to communication is practical and experience-led: simplify what’s complex, make information useful, and ensure internal signals match the narrative presented externally.
A belief underpins much of her work , that employer brands are built internally before they are believed externally. For her, communication is more than messaging; it is an operating system that shapes clarity, trust, and belonging.
She is particularly interested in how India and APAC are reshaping the global talent narrative, emerging not just as delivery markets but as hubs for innovation, workforce development, and leadership.
Elevating these stories with nuance and context is an area she continues to explore. Looking ahead, she aims to contribute to the evolution of employer brand and talent communication as a strategic discipline — one that plays a meaningful role in how organizations attract, engage, and enable people to do their best work. People don’t just join companies — they join stories they believe in.
