Prague-based communication leader Patrik Schober is today’s #WeLeadComms honoree.

Patrik is managing partner of the leading Czech PR agency PRAM Consulting, has had a significant impact on the field of public relations both in the Czech Republic and beyond. Patrik has been leading his agency for more than two decades and is consistently focused on strengthening the reputation, expertise, and strategic value of PR in the Czech Republic and around the world.

Patrik’s agency grows by 15% annually, ranks among the top five agencies in the Czech market, and regularly wins local and global awards for its campaigns, including the Sabre, European Excellence, and ICCO Global Awards. The Czech PR Club named him a “PR Personality.” PRAM’s NPS is 71.

Patrik served as chairman of Worldcom, a group of independent PR agencies, and as former chairman of the PR Association in the Czech Republic (APRA).

He lectures at the University of Economics and Charles University in Prague, has organized PR Brunch seminars since 2015, and leads Leadership Lab workshops. 

He recently published a book on the future of PR titled “The Art of Leadership Through Public Relations.” The book has sold 3,000 copies worldwide to date.

Patrik lives in Prague with his wife and two daughters, and in his free time he enjoys running and rock climbing.
