Marine is a senior communications professional with an international career spanning Europe, North America, and Asia.

With more than 10 years of experience, Marine works across internal communications, employer brand, and change communication. She specializes in turning strategies into clear and engaging communication systems, bridging leadership and employees to drive understanding, alignment, and trust.

Marine has built and scaled internal communication functions in both large organizations and fast-growing environments, often during periods of growth or transformation where clarity is critical. She partners closely with leadership teams to bring structure to ambiguity, support change, and ensure communication helps people move forward, not just stay informed. Her work balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution, grounded in pragmatism and impact.

Marine’s approach is human and pragmatic. For her, strong internal communication isn’t about volume or polish, but about giving people context, clarity, and the full picture, and trusting them to act on it.
