#WeLeadComms: Jurij Blazejewski

Ireland-based communication leader Jurij Blazejewski is today’s #WeLeadComms honoree.

Jurij is the founder of Crossfeed Consultancy, an Irish strategic business communications advisory for SMEs. He works on communications as an operating discipline inside organisations – helping businesses strengthen clarity, ownership, stakeholder alignment, and consistency, rather than treating communications as a purely tactical or campaign-led function.

He brings together strategic advisory work with a strong editorial background, including more than eleven years as editor-in-chief of the cultural Skynia Magazine. That experience sharpened his interest in public meaning, narrative discipline, and the relationship between communication, trust, and institutional credibility. He has also worked in multilingual and international team environments, which continues to shape his perspective on communication across contexts, cultures, and professional settings.

His academic background includes philosophy, alongside institutional and corporate communications, and this remains visible in the way he approaches the field: with attention not only to effectiveness, but also to judgement, responsibility, and the deeper assumptions behind how organisations speak and act.

A strong area of interest in his current work is the ethical and efficient transition to AI-supported communications. He is particularly interested in how businesses can integrate AI with clear human oversight, disciplined use, and credible communication around change, without weakening accountability or trust.

Through Crossfeed Consultancy, Jurij is building a practice that supports SMEs and values-led organisations in Ireland to communicate more clearly, credibly, and sustainably over time.
