#WeLeadComms: Jemimah Gonsalves

Behind every organisational message is a person trying to make sense of it.

Today’ #WeLeadComms honoree, Mumbai-based Jemimah Gonsalves writes with that person firmly in mind, shaping communication that prioritises clarity, empathy, and trust.

An internal communications professional with over four years of experience, Jemimah works at the intersection of storytelling and strategy. Her background in advertising and brand communication has shaped her ability to translate complex ideas into clear, audience-led messaging, skills that now define her approach to employee communications.

At Pitchfork Partners, Jemimah delivers end-to-end internal communication programmes for large organisations. She leads the production of a weekly internal newsletter and supports employees through periods of organisational change, using communication to build understanding, alignment, and confidence.

Her work extends to shaping tone of voice, leading fast-turnaround impactful campaigns, and driving meaningful engagement across platforms. Trusted by clients for both strategy and execution, she is also committed to building strong teams, mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to scalable communication processes.

Based in Mumbai, Jemimah is focused on growing as an internal communications and change communication specialist. Her ambition is to help organisations communicate with intention, ensuring employees feel informed, included, and equipped to move forward.

Not just communication that’s heard, but communication that’s felt, trusted, and acted on.
