What is involved?

Strategic is introducing a private Mastermind program consisting of 6 interactive 90-minute biweekly sessions across 3 months, starting in January 2026.

Participants join peers, solve real problems, and leave with concrete actions.

Who is this group for? 

The “Big Shift” Mastermind Group is for internal communication practitioners working in organizations that are likely to experience substantial change driven by accelerated AI use, the generational shift in the workforce, and the change in the pace and nature of work that these changes will drive.

Building on Mike’s latest research, the Mastermind will focus on:

• Adapting to changes in the nature of work
  • Acceleration of work processes
  • A shift in focus from productivity to effective decision making
• Addressing internal communication challenges
  • Supporting effective decision making
  • Enabling more aligned effort
  • Realigning the social contract for new and remaining employees
  • Redefining IC metrics/”disengaging from engagement”
  • Listening, feedback collection and using open-ended questions
