Today, the #WeLeadComms spotlight shines on Denmark-based communication leader Kristina Siraeva.

In her words:

“I am an internal and strategic communications professional based in Copenhagen with eight years of  experience working across global organisations, including large corporates and fast-scaling start ups. I see internal communication as a strategic capability that supports business results by enabling  strategy, clarity, alignment, and effective execution — especially in complex and changing  environments. 

“Across my career, I have built and supported internal communication initiatives in different  contexts: shaping communication structures from the ground up in growing companies, advising  leaders on communication during periods of growth and change, and supporting strategy, people,  and operational initiatives across functions and regions. 

“A particularly valuable part of my experience has come from supporting large-scale transformation  programmes at Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions, Dubai Holding, and Novo Nordisk, working with  large, international teams and external partners across multiple countries. Through strategic internal  and change communication, I had the opportunity to help these companies achieve their  transformation goals while keeping employees and external partners informed, involved, and  engaged throughout the process. By translating complex changes into clear, actionable  communication, I supported adoption and helped people continue their work effectively while  change was underway. 

“My ambition is to help internal communication be recognised as a strategic business function, while  I continue supporting organisations in achieving their goals by enabling clear strategy, engagement,  and well-managed change.”
